This morning when I got to work I found out that one of my coworkers who had been sick with cancer died.
It made me think, I need to stop:
- Smoking Cigarettes
- Eating So much meat
It also made me think, I need to start
- Going to Karate Regularly
- Watching what I eat
- Blogging daily, at least weekly
I guess every day is another chance to do the right thing. My goal is to use today wisely.
